About the Role
Location: Midland/Odessa
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Note: Workload may require extended hours)

Vaporlogix is looking for an experienced and highly organized Compression Manager to lead and oversee all operations related to Compression Fleet and Vapor Recovery Management. This role manages field activities, equipment readiness, customer relationships, and internal coordination to ensure our fleet operations run efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, regarding all operational related issues and requests, quotes.
- Dispatch and coordinate field technicians for compressor installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Oversee operations troubleshooting efforts, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and schedule all compressor moves, including logistics, manpower, and equipment readiness.
- Coordinate and supervise compressor manufacturing, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering and safety standards.
- Oversee parts ordering, inventory management, and supply-chain coordination for all components.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Track and report on compressor performance, maintenance needs, and operational efficiencies.
- Create monthly operational reports, analyze gas settlement statements, and create invoices.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to align division activities with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of oilfield experience and strong mechanical experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead field personnel and manage equipment operations.
- Solid understanding of natural gas compression systems, troubleshooting, and oilfield production operations.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic flow profiles, gas-liquid phase change, and thermofluids.
- Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling, logistics planning, and basic inventory/parts management.
